CCTV

For your comfort, The Skin Room At Beautique has CCTV installed throughout the premises. 

This is purely designed for the protection of staff, patients and the clinic premises. By visiting The Skin Room Beautique, you have an understanding that CCTV is in operation when you are within the premises.

Data captured on The Skin Room At Beautique CCTV is not used for any public purposes and all information and images are kept confidential.

Booking Fee

We reserve the right to request a 50% booking fee to secure your booking which will be automatically taken at the time of booking.

Failure to provide 24 hours notice or less will result in a loss of your booking fee. 

Cancellation & Failure To Show

The following terms apply to all appointments made for Monday to Sunday.  At least 24 hours notice is requested if you need to cancel or change your appointment. Otherwise the late cancellation costs of up to 50% of the full treatment value will be incurred. If you fail to show for the appointment, our treatment(s) will be charged at full cost. If part of a booking is cancelled or changed after arrival, the full cost of the treatment(s) as booked will remain payable upon departure.

As we are unable to judge reasons for change, cancellation or non-arrival, guests are reminded that no exceptions to the above conditions will be made and that any booking made with the salon (verbal or written) forms a legally binding contract.

Cancellations should be made by calling us on 07399067994. If you are cancelling outside of normal salon operating hours – you may cancel by email but this should be followed up by telephone during salon operating hours.

Please note: late arrival will result in a shorter treatment / rescheduled and will still be charged.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any completed services. However if you are in any way dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please contact us. We will try our utmost to resolve any problems.

Age Of Consent

The age of consent to receive treatments {excluding SkinPen and Microblading}

Is 16 years of age.

​If you are under 16 years of age, we request that you are accompanied by a parent or guardian or

have written consent 

Personal Belongings

It is advised that you leave any personal belongings such as jewellery at home.

The Skin Room At Beautique excepts no liability for any lost or damaged items.

Online Conduct

By using the service, you agree that you will not attempt to undermine the integrity of this web site.

These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or making a booking or purchase you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website.

Before you place an order for products or services, if you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions please do not hesitate to contact us.

Your File

You agree to keep your personal record held by the salon updated with your full contact details and medical history – which will enable us to contact you in the event of any change relating to your appointments.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Vouchers cannot be used beyond the expiry date, which is printed in the Online store and/or on your the voucher.

Vouchers are exchanged for treatments or products and can only be exchanged for a different treatment no more than equal to the total of your voucher {if it's a promotional voucher}.

Vouchers are not cash transferable. There are no refunds on vouchers.

Advance booking is essential. Please keep this in mind when the gift voucher expiery date is near.

Some treatments require patch testing and consultations, this will be detailed on the website for

your particular treatment.

Regretfully we are not responsible for lost gift vouchers and will not be valid without proof of voucher


All special offers are subject to their own terms and conditions that will outlined in the offer.

Promotions

Our Right To Cancel

If a therapist is not available to carry out your treatments through circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to transfer the booking to an alternative therapist. In unusual circumstances we may need to cancel your booking. In the event that we cannot fulfill your appointment, we will contact you by telephone – where possible

Treatment Aftercare

Treatments may be discontinued if the correct aftercare protocol Is not followed correctly.

Home care products are prescribed to keep your skin healthy, during and after treatments.

It is essential that you follow our guidance at all times.

Treatment Limitations

To achieve optimal results, it is important to follow a home care plan. Gurantees to results and timings can vary for each individual and variables including age, condition of skin, well-being and lifestyle.

Several treatments/courses are advised.

Course Refunds And Time Validation

Pre paid treatments for courses can not be refunded, credited or swapped unless a contraindication occurs and an alternate treatment is offered.

Treatment courses will expire 6 months from initial course payment.

Cancellations t&c's apply for treatment course treatments. Failure to provide less than 24 hours notice will result in forfeiting a treatment within the course.
